In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, IT and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use an Excel database to retain prospective client details and use a globally recognised third party mailing tool to keep you informed of any news we feel will be of interest to you.

    We do not transfer any personal information on prospective or retained clients outside of the EU, unless there is a legitimate business reason why it is necessary to do so (e.g. your organisation has several sites, including outside the EU). Where necessary to do so, transfers outside the EU will only be done with your written consent.

    We understand that business needs fluctuate and that while you may not need ongoing products and services from us right now, this may change in the very near future.
