Easiwipes
This disposable wipes manufacturer replaced its slow and often error prone goods in and out process with an RF barcode tracking system operating over an 802.11b radio network. Not only is the process simpler, but stock accuracy and traceability has greatly improved.
Hawkesmill Nursery
With a fully automated plant pot labelling system designed by Kelgray, Hawkesmill Nurseries was able to grow its business, without the need to increase manpower.
HJ Heinz
HJ Heinz commissioned Kelgray to develop a system that would automatically apply either one or two labels to an individual pallet as it passed down the conveyor line, and that would interface with its existing OPUS AS400 system to obtain detailed pallet label information.
Morgan Vinci
To support its work on the Express rail links on Heathrow's Terminal 5 construction site, Morgan Vinci commissioned Kelgray to develop a rugged stock management system to provide complete access to data for all stock on site and detailed information about where stock needs to be installed.
Procter & Gamble
At Procter & Gamble’s cosmetic production site, Kelgray used the flexibility of the Easi Print system to run two print and apply applicators from one PC station.
Quaker Oats
Kelgray was asked to provide an automatic system to apply two A5 size self-adhesive labels to adjacent sides of a complete pallet moving along a conveyor line. The solution takes a signal from an automatic palletiser to tell the printer which label is needed for each pallet, and the labels are automatically printed and applied further down the line.
